By submitting a booking request with Magic Moments Princess Visits, you agree to the following terms and conditions to help ensure every celebration is safe, smooth, and magical.

👑 Booking & Payment

  • A booking is not confirmed until a deposit/payment is received and a confirmation email is sent.

  • Final payment is due prior to or at the start of the event, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • All prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

👑 Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability.

  • In the rare event that a performer becomes ill or an emergency occurs, Magic Moments reserves the right to reschedule or provide a replacement performer.

👑 Arrival Time & Event Length

  • Performers arrive as close to the scheduled time as possible.

  • Party time begins at the scheduled start time, not the arrival time.

  • Overtime may be available at an additional cost if the performer’s schedule allows.

👑 Supervision & Safety

  • An adult must be present at all times during the visit.

  • Magic Moments is not responsible for injuries resulting from normal party activities (running, playing, dancing, etc.).

  • Performers will keep their shoes on at all times.

  • We reserve the right to end the performance early if a situation becomes unsafe or inappropriate.

👑 Character Integrity

  • Our performers remain fully in character during the event.

  • Please do not ask performers to reveal their real names or personal information.

  • For the magic of the experience, performers may not pose for photos outside of character.

👑 Photography & Social Media

  • Photos and videos taken during the event may be used for Magic Moments’ promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.

  • We never tag children or share identifying information.

👑 Weather & Outdoor Events

  • For outdoor parties, the client is responsible for providing appropriate shelter.

  • In cases of severe weather, we may reschedule for safety reasons.
